Job Description

We are seeking a professional to play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with technical resources and stakeholders to drive digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage supply chain service desk calls to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with technical teams to identify solutions to user issues.
  • Liaise with IT teams to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree or certification in a relevant field, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong experience as a business analyst or exposure to the field, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Able to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
