Key Responsibilities- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to clients across various schemes, including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients restore their functional performance and achieve a successful outcome.
- Provide support to clients to help them overcome physical and psychological barriers to returning to work.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and insurance companies, to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
