BaptistCare is seeking an exceptional leader to drive excellence in community services, housing and aged care programs.
About the Role- This national-based role requires a high-performing team lead who can partner with leaders to drive best practice care across the organisation.
- Develop and implement national practice models aligned with trauma-informed and person-centred principles.
- Create practice tools and resources for consistent frontline delivery.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement in service models and practice delivery.
- Build strategic partnerships with operational leaders, governance teams and external partners.
- Oversee supervision frameworks and specialist consultation models across all programs.
- E nsure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of practice specialists.
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or related field.
- Senior leadership experience in practice oversight within community, aged care or housing sectors.
- Leadership capability and understanding of multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with legislative environments across our service sectors.
- Commitment to BaptistCare's values and inclusive approach to service delivery.
