Lead Defence Infrastructure Projects

Project Leadership Role
">Mott MacDonald is a consultancy that develops and maintains critical infrastructure. We are looking for an individual to lead our projects forward.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Manage complex projects through the Estate Works Program (EWP) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, making informed decisions to drive resolution pathways.
- Evaluate and address potential issues affecting Defence clients, guaranteeing their satisfaction.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage technical activities, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards for Defence infrastructure.
- Mentor team members in major project delivery, promoting skill development and experience growth.
About You:
">- Experience in leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, or maritime fields is essential; Defence experience is desirable.
- A degree in project management or engineering disciplines would be beneficial.
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a current baseline security clearance are required.
