Job Title: Procurement & Contracts Support Officer

This role plays a crucial part in optimizing value for money from contracts with vendors/third parties while ensuring alignment with our business needs.

  • Provide a customer-focused contract management service.
  • Champion effective and efficient management of contracts in a way that is accountable and ensures value for money.
  • Support functions with the operational relationship with vendors - where required.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Contract management experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mind set and healthy respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining positive and productive relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
