Job Title: Residential Property Manager

At Randstad, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Property Presentation: Organize and execute property showings, highlighting key features and amenities to captivate potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiation Facilitation: Guide clients through the offer negotiation process, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee all stages of property transactions, from initial offers to inspections and closing procedures.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies customized for each property, maximizing visibility and exposure to targeted audiences.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards, ensuring all transactions and operations align with local, state, and federal housing laws.
  • Tenant Management: Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, rent collection, and enforcement of lease terms to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, conduct routine property inspections, and manage relationships with contractors and service providers to uphold property standards.
  • Financial Management: Exercise diligent financial management practices, including trust accounting, expense management, rental amendments, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with property operations and tenant disputes through proactive risk management strategies and effective conflict resolution techniques.
  • Emergency Response: Demonstrate readiness and proficiency in emergency response protocols, swiftly addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues to ensure tenant safety and satisfaction.
