We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lawyer to join our premier Funds, Superannuation and Financial Services team in Melbourne. Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized support to clients across various sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, private debt, and private credit.
- Assist in advising clients on the establishment of new funds, capital raising, and management of fund structures, such as wholesale funds, capital partnerships, club funds, funds-of-one, and listed and unlisted retail funds.
- Develop a broad base of expertise in investment funds and corporate finance, with a strong interest in specialising in investment funds.
- A minimum of 4 years post-admission experience from a funds, corporate or financial services regulatory practice from a reputable firm or within an in-house team.
- A strong interest in specialising in investment funds while also developing a broad base of expertise.
- An eagerness to learn and grow independently, coupled with a commitment to mentoring others and fostering teamwork.
