Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE Group, Inc. in Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within our industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical services strategies across our portfolio
- Complete performance reviews and succession planning for direct reports
- Maintain and be fully conversant with all Australia Standards specifications related to engineering and operations service delivery
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of building services
