Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE Group, Inc. in Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of building services across our industrial assets in South Australia and Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical services strategies across our portfolio
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of building services
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning for direct reports
- Stay up-to-date with Australia Standards specifications related to engineering and operations service delivery

About You:
- Extensive experience in facilities management, preferably in industrial assets
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services
- Excellent people and team management skills
- Able to work autonomously and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training
