About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Surveillance Manager to join our team on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication processes between stakeholders regarding surveillance protocols and identification of quality risk on site.
- Implement and improve upon the Nominated and Delegated Authority process for the Alliance.
- Manage the Alliance Surveillance Team, coordinating resource allocation to meet hold point release requirements using a risk-based approach.
- Verify that processes used are in accordance with the ITP and other approved Project documents.
- Hold and Witness Point release responsibilities in accordance with the nominated authorities in the Hold and Witness Point Register.
- Engage with subcontract and supply teams in all matters regarding quality conformance and quality culture.
- Elevate areas of quality workmanship or compliance concern to the Engineering team and functional manager as required.
About You
- You will ideally hold a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline or similar.
- You will have significant technical experience within a project delivery environment.
- You will possess solid experience in Quality roles.
- You will have technical knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and quality records.
- You will have previous experience with Project Document Management Systems.
- Experience as a Lead Auditor is desirable but not mandatory.
