Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee contract management services, including service responses to customers and end-to-end contract management practices.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage staff, physical and financial resources in accordance with the department's service delivery framework and strategic objectives.

This role involves building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing high-level strategic and operational advice, and communicating effectively with colleagues.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, modeling professionalism, accountability and ethical behavior, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience and industry certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.
