A top-performing retail leader is sought to drive sales and customer satisfaction in our store.

We are a 120+ year old family-owned jewellery retailer known for providing high-quality, timeless pieces and creating an enjoyable working culture.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a sales-driven team, mentoring and coaching Team Members to succeed, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a retail business, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills.

You will take ownership of your store, driving it to success and contributing to our legacy. We offer commission and bonus schemes, generous staff discounts, national career opportunities, and the chance to become part of our history in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and coach Team Members to become top performers.
  • Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
  • Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional guidelines.
  • Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks.
