About the Role:

  • Attend to service, fault-finding, and breakdown requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Investigate system requirements and deliver proactive solutions for faults, maintenance, or modernisation.
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis, system testing, and detailed product analysis.
  • Carry out hydraulic testing and system troubleshooting on customer sites.
  • Manage the sourcing and installation of components, perform system tests, and identify any additional repair needs or spare parts opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and follow up on service quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Accurately upload and manage all relevant service documentation, including vendor quotes, delivery dockets, service reports, and related records.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control through comprehensive documentation of test results, installations, and customer handover material.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, repairs, and testing of hydraulic equipment and associated components.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and offering tailored service solutions.

Requirements:

  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Hydraulic fitter trade or equivalent
  • 5 years field service or hydraulic system experience
  • Competent level of hydraulic knowledge
  • High focus on Quality and attention to detail
  • Dynamic performer and achiever
  • Planning and organisational skills
