We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team in The Hills area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older members of our community to live independently at home for longer.

About the Role:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry services, to ensure customers have a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and personal care tasks, such as showering, dressing, and medication management.
  • Offer social support and transportation to lifestyle activities, helping customers stay connected with their community.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to customers and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

About You:

  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a strong commitment to customer safety.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, willing to work varied shifts, including weekdays, and occasional overtime when required.
  • You hold a current First Aid Certificate and are willing to complete any additional training required for the role.
