Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to join our Retail Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of centres across Adelaide and Mount Gambier, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in administering leases and licenses.
  • Manage tenancy schedules and maintain accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
  • Manage bank guarantees and associated documentation.
  • Conduct regular centre inspections to maintain presentation standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on maintenance-related issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with occupiers.
  • Provide recommendations for capital expenditure.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.
  • Manage arrears and implement recovery strategies.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Forecast expenses and develop budget projections.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll require a minimum of 2 years' experience in retail property management or centre management. A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), is preferred. You must also hold a Certificate of Registration and a current Driver's Licence. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with a customer-centric approach and effective communication skills.
