Swimming Coach Opportunity">

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Swimming Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that cater to the diverse needs of swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging squad programs that promote skill development and improvement.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge swimmers' capabilities and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to discuss swimmers' progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive team culture that inspires confidence and motivation in swimmers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold foundation coach qualifications and certifications relevant to swimming coaching.
  • Obtain a Working with Children Check and maintain current certification.
  • Be current in CPR and First Aid certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Hold additional AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia teaching qualifications.
  • Be available to work weekends and attend competitions as required.
