Job Title: Business Partner - HR Operations

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Business Partners, supporting the operations of a leading company.

This role will suit individuals with strong business experience and a passion for human resources. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to influence and engage with individuals across all levels, and thrive in a changing and challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and fostering strong relationships across operational units
  • Providing solid advice and solutions at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Driving annual processes including performance and remuneration review cycles, talent mapping and succession planning framework and processes
  • Leading own projects, suitable to skills and experience

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, or any other people-focused discipline
  • Proven business experience, with or without heavy industry experience
  • Experience working with ER and IR issues in a unionized environment
  • Sound knowledge and working experience with Australian employment law
