Risk Culture Specialist Role

We are seeking a Risk Culture Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in assessing and improving risk culture across various elements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the assessment of risk culture strengths and areas for improvement
  • Progressing continuous improvement initiatives to support program evolution
  • Supporting ongoing reviews and uplifts associated with frameworks, processes, and initiatives that reflect current approaches to risk culture

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical skills (quantity and quality)
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with statistical software is desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience working in a field related to human behaviour and preferably experience working in risk or regulatory related roles
  • Stakeholder management and engagement experience, including skilful negotiation to meet strategic objectives
