ERP Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP specialist to join our team. As an expert in enterprise resource planning, you will play a critical role in accelerating the optimization of our NetSuite platform.
In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to close system gaps, expedite critical projects, and enhance NetSuite's functionality to better serve our business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional NetSuite support, including developing and maintaining scripts and workflows.
- Manage NetSuite integrations, customisations (records, workflows, reports), and ensure smooth operation through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and the NetSuite system, building strong relationships and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the financial systems roadmap, providing input and supporting delivery.
- Drive evidence-based decisions, coach peers, and champion best practices within the team.
- Ensure quality control, change management, and thorough documentation across all NetSuite processes and developments.
- Work closely with your People Lead to set expectations for delivery and foster a culture of collective ownership and accountability.
- Independently resolve complex system issues, collaborating with vendors and support teams as needed.
- Participate in new finance system implementations and projects with a focus on our ERP.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of combined experience in ERP administration, configuration, and development, preferably in NetSuite.
- Strong accounting knowledge or experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in SuiteScripts 2.0, SuiteFlow, map/reduce, and associated web technologies.
- Previous experience as an escalation point or in system implementation would be beneficial.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
