Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Demand and Supply Planning Team. As an Inventory Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our inventory levels are healthy across multiple warehouses, child locations, and supply points.

Our team is responsible for keeping the inventory ecosystem complex and balanced. We are looking for someone who can think clearly, plan precisely, and help connect the dots across teams.

As an Inventory Planner, your mission will be to maximize availability, minimize stock-holding, and shape demand and supply plans that align with factory capacity. You will need to work closely with production, sales, and data teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years' experience in a role where data, detail, and decision-making meet
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets, and experience with tools like Netsuite (ERP) and Looker (BI tool)
  • Personal Qualities: Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and strong problem-solving skills
