Job Overview:

The Grounds and Cleaning Assistant is a key role within our school community, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the school grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the overall appearance of the school grounds and facilities
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Assisting with outdoor physical work and movement

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform duties consistently with established guidelines and frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position
  • Capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff

Working Hours and Environment: Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm. This role requires ongoing outdoor physical work and movement.
