Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will lead a pod of talented engineers and collaborate with Product Managers and Lead Engineers to set the direction of the pods, formulating and executing delivery plans. You will promote successful outcomes for the pods by supporting your direct reports in becoming top-performing Xeros, fostering a culture of teamwork, and promoting excellent engineering and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure your team has all necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Maintain regular meetings with each team member to encourage them to reach their highest potential.
  • Be influential in delivery, promoting a culture of quality and trust.
  • Guarantee software is built to a high standard.
  • Aid in resolving roadblocks faced by the team.
  • Continuously improve and iterate on agile processes and practices within the team.
Technical Requirements
  • A microservice written in C# on .NET.
  • AWS services.
  • Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes.
  • Accessed by SPA written in React with TypeScript.
  • Deployed with automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitored by industry-leading monitoring, alerting, tracing, and logging tools.
