Business Growth Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Adviser to drive revenue growth and build stronger client relationships. As part of our Marketing and Client Services team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the country to achieve business objectives.

  1. Develop and implement tender strategies, collaborating with lawyers and PAs to contribute to the tender process.
  2. Work with the Mergers & Acquisitions BD team to drive the implementation of business plans and practice priorities, identifying growth opportunities.
  3. Conduct client feedback analysis to improve our service offering and gain insights into clients' businesses.
