About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines, reporting, and visualization solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
  • Develop BI reporting and visualization standards, templates, and dashboards for business users
  • Design, develop, and implement data pipelines for data migration, collection, analytics, and reporting
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI reporting and visualization issues
  • Maintain existing corporate BI reporting and dashboard documents
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to maximize the value of data-driven solutions and platform performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Oracle, and SQL databases
  • Power BI Developer certification and exposure to Snowflake Data Warehouse
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience working with Oracle and SQL databases
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL programming language
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational database environments
