Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development Professional to join our team of passionate educators. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their growth.

Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
