Early Learning Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Professional to join our team. As an Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with children, families, and colleagues.
  • DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT a high-quality early learning program that meets the needs of all children.
  • DOCUMENT CHILDREN'S LEARNING and share progress with families.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR CURRICULUM.
  • Pursue ongoing professional growth through educational programs, mentoring, and peer support opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A COMPLETED CERTIFICATE III OR EQUIVALENT.
  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN LONG DAY-CARE IS DESIRABLE.
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE NATIONAL QUALITY FRAMEWORK AND EARLY YEARS LEARNING FRAMEWORK.
  • A CURRENT WORKING WITH CHILDREN'S CHECK.
