About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to spearhead our residential aged care service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and guidance to care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and inspire a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure high-quality care while fostering a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives and service planning
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and health professionals

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support or willingness to complete
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and aged care compliance standards
