Job Title: Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing your direct reports to become world-class coaches.

You will utilize data-driven performance management to drive results, conduct call reviews and quality control to ensure coaching excellence, create accountability and drive client success, and participate in strategic planning with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, and experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business.
