We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elderly Support Care Specialist to join our team at VMCH. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly members of our community by providing person-centered care in their own homes.
As an Elderly Support Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various aspects of daily life, including personal care, transportation, and the use of aids and equipment. You will work closely with our at-home care team to develop a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and goals.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for others and has excellent communication skills. As a flexible and autonomous worker, you will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear lines of communication with our team.
