Electrical Engineering Leadership Opportunity

Are you a Chartered Engineer seeking a senior leadership role where you can shape the future of electrical engineering delivery?

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer with strong technical and leadership capability to join our team working across water and wastewater infrastructure, mining, fixed plant and power systems.

About the Role:
  • Drive the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across complex projects.
  • Lead tenders, manage projects and act as the technical authority for electrical design.
  • Develop standards and processes that will underpin long-term capability.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, bringing innovative solutions beyond traditional consultancy delivery.
  • Mentor and build an engineering team around you.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ.
  • 10+ years' post-graduate experience in electrical engineering.
  • Strong technical background across CAD, power system design and fixed plant.
  • Proven project management and tendering experience.
  • Desire to step into a senior leadership role with real autonomy.
