Custom Homes Drafting Manager

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a team of drafters and driving quality and efficiency in their work. You will also be involved in the design and documentation process, ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, with experience in both AutoCAD and Revit. They will also have proven leadership skills and be able to mentor and grow a team of drafters.
