Architectural Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and documentation for construction projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing comprehensive documentation sets, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details;
  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate and coordinated documentation;
  • Translating design concepts into technical documentation, adhering to local building codes and regulations;
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications;
  • Coordinating with contractors and construction teams to facilitate accurate execution of designs;
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field;
  • Proven experience in architectural documentation and detailing, with a strong focus on Revit software;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
