We are a provider of support services to individuals with disabilities. Our team delivers Community Care and NDIS Services, requiring dedicated and energetic professionals like yourself.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist individuals in their homes by:
- Providing daily living assistance, such as meal preparation and cleaning;
- Transporting clients to appointments or shopping trips;
- Supporting social and community participation; and
- Accompanying clients to medical and health appointments.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant industry experience;
- A current Working With Children Check;
- A National Police Certificate;
- First Aid and CPR Certificates;
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license;
- Clear communication and listening skills;
- A person-centered approach to support;
- Full vaccination (proof required); and
- Two professional referees.
**Benefits**
This is a casual opportunity with flexible shifts available, including afternoons, days, and weekends. You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$65 per hour.
