The Role

We are currently seeking skilled fabricators to join our team at Allweld Manufacturing. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for assembling aluminium components in accordance with work instructions and drawings provided by supervisors and production staff.

You will conduct your work in line with standard job builds and SOPs, building jobs as directed by supervisors and production staff to ensure they meet appropriate standards and are completed within time constraints.

You will also be responsible for reporting broken or damaged machinery, ensuring all problems are tagged out correctly, and performing weld and fabrication tasks as required and to specifications.

In addition, you will abide by Company Health and Safety Policies and Government rules, participate in staff consultation and communications such as Toolbox Talks and training, and perform physical activities including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering material and equipment through physical and mechanical means.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Trade qualification in a relevant industry, extensive fabrication experience, and an understanding of Safe Work Practices.

Additionally, you should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
