About the Role

As a Principal Business Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. You will work closely with our Business Improvement team to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide coaching and training to business stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant experience
  • Relevant business improvement certification in a methodology such as Lean/Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt or equivalent)
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
