**Job Title:** Financial Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Support Associate to provide high-quality financial assistance for our business unit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can effectively communicate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank and credit card transactions accurately and within expected timeframes.
  • Process supplier and customer invoices promptly, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Become familiar with medical centre operations, internal departments, customer requirements, and supplier needs.
  • Analyze financial statements, ledgers, and accounts to identify discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Notify the Finance Manager of any issues related to customer, supplier, or doctor complaints.
  • Maintain proficiency in computer software and bookkeeping systems.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
