Ground Penetration Permit Coordinator

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Ground Penetration Permit Coordinator to join our team on the Suburban Rail Loop Early and Initial Works Project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a privately-owned Tier 1 constructor and International Engineering Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify Ground Penetration Permits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Conduct site walks with relevant personnel to identify existing utility assets and review critical control measures.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with their standards and regulations.
- Administer the Ground Penetration Permit process on site, working closely with engineers and supervisors.
- Audit the implementation of the GPP process for compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with the project management team to achieve project objectives and coordinate scopes of work.
We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in a similar role on infrastructure or rail projects. You will have a demonstrable commitment to project safety and excellent interpersonal and written skills.
