Our team delivers allied health, aged care, wellbeing and disability services to the communities we serve, with a focus on improving health outcomes and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our clients and their families.
As a Wellbeing Clinician/Social Worker/Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing direct client support, assessing client needs, developing and implementing wellbeing plans, and facilitating the development and delivery of wellbeing support programs in communities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct client support to adults, youth, children and families
- Assessing client needs and developing and implementing wellbeing plans
- Facilitating the development and delivery of wellbeing support programs in communities
- Liaising with community groups to plan, deliver and evaluate program-specific wellbeing services and community education activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality wellbeing services, alongside a commitment to working in a culturally sensitive manner with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates with experience in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Mental Health will be highly regarded, as will those with tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent certifications.
