Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the corporation's learning strategy.
  • Develop tools and processes to conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design or source innovative learning solutions.
  • Source and manage external learning providers and contracts.
  • Effectively manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven training-related insights and reporting.
  • Partner with HR to support talent reviews and engagement surveys.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering leadership programs.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough learning needs analyses.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and passion for delivering innovative L&D solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple organisational levels and stakeholder types.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and projects.
  • Be tech-savvy with knowledge of learning systems and development tools.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant discipline.
