Optical Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking an Optical Assistant who can make a real difference in meeting customers' frame styling and eyecare needs. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with eye exams, and helping customers find the perfect glasses or contact lenses.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry where customers' needs are met through great interactions, product recommendations, and exceptional service.
  • Optical Experience: While previous experience is beneficial, if you're willing to learn, please apply.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, and build strong relationships with the team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to use critical thinking and product/optics knowledge to help solve customer vision problems and achieve the best outcome for every customer.
