About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Subsea Project Lead to spearhead our subsea and ROV projects.

  • As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee project work scopes, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and operational teams.
  • You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • A critical aspect of this role is managing large and/or multiple work packages, prioritizing HSE / quality and commercial considerations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in subsea/offshore engineering and project delivery. They should possess a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical, mechatronic, structural, or ocean engineering, or naval architecture.

Key skills include working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project. Experience with specialist software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks is also desirable.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in subsea/offshore engineering and project delivery.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical, mechatronic, structural, or ocean engineering, or naval architecture.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • Experience with specialist software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Fully licensed driver.
  • Ability to obtain an offshore survival course and pass the associated medical exam.
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or full, valid work visa.
