Subsea Project Engineering Leadership Position

Execute subsea and ROV projects in Western Australia, collaborating with project teams to deliver work scopes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver project work scopes with the project manager, engineers, and operational team.
- Ensure successful client outcomes through effective communication and interface management.
- Manage large and multiple work packages, prioritizing HSE/quality and commercial delivery.
- Evaluate emerging and existing engineering technologies to enhance project success.
- Lead senior and project engineers in technical development and design review.
A collaborative leader is sought, capable of building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and adopting a solution-focused mindset.
Requirements for Success- Proven experience in subsea/offshore engineering and project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronic, structural, or ocean engineering, or naval architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Desirable: experience with specialist software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain an offshore survival course.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa.
