CG Asset Lead is a pivotal role that requires an experienced professional to oversee the artistic and technical quality of all Computer-Generated (CG) assets created for the production.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in leading teams, mentoring artists, and collaborating with creative Supervisors. They should possess excellent technical knowledge of geometry, topology, and UV layout techniques, as well as proficiency in tools like Maya, Mari, and Katana.

Key skills include:

  • Directing and inspiring Modelling, Rigging, and Surfacing artists to deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining pipelines to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including Creative Supervisors, Producers, and other team members.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
