We are seeking a highly skilled CG Supervisor to oversee the production of computer-generated imagery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of artists in producing high-quality CG assets and establishing efficient working shot pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance, creative vision, and effective communication between artists, production teams, and show leads/supervisors.
- Contribute to project planning, crewing, and pipeline development, offering expert feedback on crew and pipeline improvements.
- Proven experience as a CG Supervisor or Sequence Supervisor in high-end live action VFX work.
- Exceptional creative eye and aesthetic judgement.
- Ability to interpret clients' vision and communicate it effectively to internal teams.
- Skill in selling creative solutions and ideas to clients.
- Capacity to simplify complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of the complete VFX pipeline.
- Strong history of collaborating with R&D teams and providing, testing, and deploying new tool specifications in production environments.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Expertise in Maya and proficiency in other industry-standard software.
