We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Advisor to join our team at Rogers Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, leading, monitoring, and reporting on HSE processes to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement HSE processes within construction projects, ensuring financial, schedule, and safety performance.
- Tailor safety management plans for projects to enable efficient, safe, and effective operations.
- Drive accountability for safety and environmental management through line management.
- Regularly engage and provide reporting to the executive management team.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and lead contingency plans.
- Move between projects, sites, and jobs as required.
- C-class license is required.
- Cert IV in Health & Safety.
- Bring a thorough knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, including audits, in a construction/mining or relevant context.
- Solution-focused approach when working with clients.
- Proven record with change management and safety promotion through interpersonal influence and coaching.
- Provide evidence of managing relationships with clients, contractors, and staff to see projects carried out safely and timely.
- Demonstrate experience developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on HSE, VOC, risk assessments, and site inspections.
- Willingness to undertake training as required relevant to the position.
