Electrical Installation and Maintenance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical installations, maintenance and repair work on various power generation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and technical manuals.
- Complete all work in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.
- Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Fitting, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including motors, switchgear, control panels and PLCs.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to working safely and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.
- A current driver's licence.
