About the Role
The Senior HSE Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects that meet HSE and quality standards and targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way. This includes reviewing documents and plans, providing input into HSE and quality plans, and ensuring these are aligned with project, business, and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing input into HSE and quality plans, and ensuring these are aligned with project, business, and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure the project is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency.
  • Undertaking HSE and quality inspections and assessments, reporting, documenting, and identifying actions as necessary.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction space.
  • Diploma of Health & Safety Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Management system software experience e.g. Hammertech (preferable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
