Our mission is to ensure innovative and progressive developments for our valued clients and to continuously prove ourselves as thoughtful and personal construction and civil contractors.We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join the team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Site Manager, as the HSE Advisor, you will support the site through the provision of consultation, advice and delivery of HSE activities that facilitate the Project team to deliver on HSE outcomes.
As the HSE Advisor, you will: Participate in project meetingsProvide guidance and training on systems complianceConduct regular site inspectionsIdentify risks and collaborate with the team to implement suitable actionsCoordinate and oversee Incident managementAssist in site management activities as requiredFacilitate training and toolbox talksCoordinate internal and external audits As the ideal applicant you will possess: A minimum Cert IV OHS qualificationPrior experience in a safety focused role within the construction industry, preferably within the Industrial sectorProficiency with automated safety management systems such as 1 Bread Crumb, Hammertech, etc.Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirementsAn effective communicator and relationship builderAn understanding of how to drive, develop and maintain safety behaviours How to apply To apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
