Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brisbane and surrounding areas. As an Occupational Therapist at Physio Inq, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, providing vital mobile services to NDIS and private clients. You will be supported by our structured mentorship program, tailored 1:1 clinical supervision, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based treatment with a client-centered approach, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes for clients.
  • Advocate for clients and improve their wellbeing by writing comprehensive reports for relevant governing bodies.
  • Engage in collaborative case conferencing and reflective practice sessions within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) focused environment to develop as a clinician.
  • Be supported by our tailored 1:1 clinical supervision and mentorship as part of our structured support system.
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance by autonomously managing your booking schedule to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration with a valid license.
  • A current Australian driver's license.
  • Experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a strong understanding of client-centered care and evidence-based treatment.
