Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is a 5-star resort located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia.

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our Engineering Team in Broome. This role will suit a candidate with a strong background in Office Administration.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in administrative and/or finance roles.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A high level of organization and communication skills.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating and cooperating closely with staff from all other departments as required.
  • Preparing department purchase orders.
  • Dispatching maintenance requests to engineering staff.
  • Communicating with departments about works or arrival of materials.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies within the department.
  • Filing documentation efficiently.
  • Undertaking End of Month reporting procedures for the Chief Engineer.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and reporting accordingly.
  • Undertaking project work under the instruction of the Chief Engineer.
